We use the floating joint, Floatmatic on a regular basis when we install new machinery at our customers. The problem we often encounter, is that the replacement parts we install does not fit the the existing equipment which are already there. The Floamatic solves this issue by eliminating the misalignment which occurs between the old and new parts. No other product we’ve used has this capability.

I was reccomened the Floatmatic by an employe to solve a repeating issue on our pneumatic cylinders, which open and closes a lid for a casting mold. We’re previously used a regular floating joint to compensate for a misalignment, but after 2-3 months of use the cylinders would break down. After replacing them with Floatmatics the cylinders keep on running. This saves us not only a a substantial amount of money, but the production is now running 24/7 without any break downs, which is even more important.
